Due to offline programming, VPSS 4ie Bend software helps operators reduce prototyping and mistakes so increasing machine operation rates. The artificial intelligence capabilities of the VPSS 4ie allows the software to learn from operator experience and skills then reuses that information to help programming future parts with greater precision and speed.

PRODUCT FILE IMPORT

Importing, optimizing, and designing your parts is key to maximising the productivity of your machines. Our software allows you to import 2D/3D drawings, including PDF files, from all the major CAD suppliers and preview imported files before starting any job.

AIBEND – SELF LEARNING SOFTWARE

AiBEND allows for improved efficiency and accuracy in bending processes. When creating new bend processing data, VPSS 4ie compares it to previous and similar product data (either generated manually, automatically, or on the machine) and reflects these on future production orders.

AMADA CROSS SECTION DATA – FROM CSV TO 3D

The ACSD converts input data (.CSV) into 3D parts saving them into AMADA's database. When used in conjunction with VPSS 4ie Bend, it allows you to automatically build 3D components from the ERP and press brake programmes. Reducing errors and saving programming time by eliminating the need for manual 2D profile creation on the machine side.

REDUCE SETUP TIME

In production, reducing setup time is critical. VPSS 4ie Bend supports fully automated external programming of the bending sequence and tool selection. VPSS 4ie Bend saves setup time by generating common tool layouts across several processing steps.

COLLISION CHECK

VPSS 4ie Bend software allows users to detect and prevent any potential collisions during the forming process, ensuring a smooth and error-free operation. 
The software's upgraded collision check feature allows for real-time monitoring and analysis of forming and fastener inserts during the bending process, enabling users to make more informed decisions and optimise their manufacturing processes. 

COMMON DATABASE

Consistent material and parameter data set across several workplaces is ensured by both, a server or local central production’ management. The program does not need to be set up on the machine as production plans can be scheduled in advance and transferred to the machine via the database.
