Sculele de indoire AMTS reduce timpul de inlocuire si timpul de instalare pana la o cincime din cel necesar in trecut.

Cand sculele sunt atribuite intr-un program automat si pozitionerul spate este controlat cu o mare precizie de catre o comanda numerica, inaltele specificatii standardizate AMTS cresc foarte mult eficienta si nu doar inlocuirea sculei sau configurarea.

Standardizarea modului de inlocuire scula

Sculele sunt prinse in mod automat atunci cand sunt montate din partea din fata a masinii si care sunt programate din panoul de control. Actionare hidraulica, pini conici.  Siguranta fixeaza cutitul si matrita pe loc si face inutila alinierea cutitelor si matritelor prin aplicarea de presiune (inca este necesar sa se efectueze originea masinii).

Creste precizia si duritatea sculelor

Sculele sunt aliniate in partea de sus, centrand segmentele mici pentru a avea o manipulare usoara. Aceste scule inguste sunt prelucrate - finisate la o precizie mare astfel incat la o utilizare nu produc nici un punct comun (planeitate perfecta).

Mecanism simplu si sigur cu siguranta

Atunci cand un cutit este pus in suportul sau, o siguranta cu click tine cutitul astfel incat cand acestea este eliberat nu cade. Atunci cand este apasat butonul, prinderea este slabita, pentru a permite ca si cutitul sa fie scos lateral.

Selectoarea si pozitionarea usoara a sculelor

Toate sculele sunt marcate cu numarul lor, dimensiuni si tonaj intr-o forma unicata. O scara gradata in inch si milimetrii este marcata pe suportul de scule , pe toata lungimea batiului. Sculele pot fi grupate simplu si precis pentru o dispunere mai complicata si poate fi verificata dupa fiecare cod de scula.

Standardizarea formei sculei

Cutitele si matritele sunt prevazute cu sistem de prindere cu caneluri simetrice in fata si spate. Acest lucru face posibil sa fie folosite cutitele si invers si sa fie montate in sisteme de prindere. Cutitele si matritele sunt standardizate ca si inaltimea lor. Standardizarea inaltimei sculei permite combinatii complexe a pasilor de indoire.

Se realizeaza aplicatii variate de indoire

Aplicatii speciale cum ar fi offset-uri, Hemming si indoiri cu raza pot fi realizate. Aceste indoiri pot fi realizate pentru a fi inlocuite de catre alte masini. AMTS tip II permit acestor indoiri sa fie realizate pe acelasi suport si V standard de indoire.

Pe o masina se poate efectua diverse indoiri si acest fapt duce la reducerea timpului de prelucrare.
