High efficiency clamping system

The AMTS bending tools reduces the tool change and setup time to about one-fifth of that required in the past. When the tools are assigned by an automatic program and the ram depth is controlled to high accuracy by an NC bender, the highly standardized AMTS specifications greatly ups the efficiency not only of tool change and setup, but also of staged bending and all other bending operations, and brings about a substantial improvement in bending productivity.

Standardization of tool change tasks
