The job fair of the Eckert Schulen: A place, where future is built

The shortage of specialists already preoccupies  the sheet metal industry for some years now. In consequence, AMADA set it as a company goal, to give the necessary impulses for professional choices of potential top performers of our industrial field in collaborating with the Eckert Schulen, who bring new talents to sheet metral processing every year.

A special annual occasion is the job fair in Regenstauf, a fructuous mutual exchange between industry representatives and young potentials, giving them the forum to ask experts and even more important – getting in touch with the huge choice variety in the professional field, to make the best pick. Of course, our Technical Center in Landshut, an important employee for the region, represents AMADA and the tremendous job possibilities with a promising future

This year’s edition of the biggest job fair in Bavaria (15.3.2018) happened to be a great success. The organisators proclaimed with huge satisfaction the number of 1000 visitors, increasing their numbers of visitors for the sixth time in a row. More than 60 exhibiting companies presented themselves and prolifered insights into the most diverse professional fields. AMADA GmbH presented itself with its many forward-thinking technologies and explained the interested audience how a future in our multinational company could be like.

Rainer Freudlsperger, General Manager Sales South-East Germany and Branch Manager Technical Center Landshut, expressed that the participation to him was a his sheer delightment: “For AMADA as a leading machine producer in Laser Technologies for Cutting and Welding as well as Bending and Punching Technologies, the job fair most definitely is a must.

Today’s apprentices are the ones to keep everything up and running, after all. We’d like to be at their sides from the beginning on and support them finding their way into the highly differentiated industry. Who never experienced the mighty power of a laser or the stark hammering of a punching machine, a conversation with experienced employees of our industrial sector can be the initial key experience to their choice of vocation. At these occasions I’m thrown back to the days when I took the first steps in sheet metal processing and remember how enthusiastic I was about working in this technical field. Now it is our turn, to ensure, that the next generation gets attractive perspectives in our company”.
