Berma Plaatwerk (NL) completes its production

Berma Plaatwerk B.V. produces with AMADAs newest ALPHA laser

It was a happy moment, when Zef Wetsels, AMADA's Sales Area Manager Netherlands, came to congratulate Jan Schippers from Berma Plaatwerk B.V. in Bergeijk, Netherlands. Mr. Schippers worked for 18 years successfully with the AMADA ALPHA III Co2-laser and was satisfied with the results. It doesn't take wonder, that he decided to equip his production again with the newest expansion level of the ALPHA series, an proven AMADA product. Now, Berma Plaatwerk is the first company in Europe to produce with newest expansion type of the ALPHA series in combination with the automation unit of a part sorting. A time saver which shortens production times and protects the material.

Mr. Wetsels explains: "The ALPHA V offers a huge variety of processing possibilities. It holds its strengths in thin sheet metal processing and therefore is best suitable for the processing of sensitive surfaces. It is well known, that the CO²-laser always have been a good choice, when it comes to complicate material tasks. And especially in these days the market demands more and more flexibility in the daily production process".

Mr Schippers' company can be seen as a typical example therefore. Berma Plaatwerk B.V. is a successful company which considers itself allround specialist in metalworking: "We leave the run-of-the-mill work to others: we come into our own when things become more complex, taking the bit between our teeth and tackling your problem head on. Straightforward or complex, large or small runs, standard or unique".
