Audience:

The course is aimed at CAD/CAM programmers and covers all the theoretical and practical knowledge required for safe use of all software modules/software.

Purpose of the training:

  • Production of stamping and laser combination programmes for individual part machining and nestings
  • Manual intervention and optimizing of stamping and laser combination processes
  • Setting up the database for administering production-related data
  • Basic handling of the CAD software AP100
  • Converting external file formats (2D / 3D) for preparation for the stamping and laser combination process

Requirements:

  • English or German language
  • Basic knowledge of mathematics
  • Experience using the Windows™ operating system
  • Basic knowledge of sheet metal processing
  • Training course Technology & Use of Laser Basic and Technology & Use of Punch Basic or adequate knowledge in the NC programming of AMADA stamping-laser combination systems
